Any type of manual adjustment is too cumbersome and difficult to operate and will not get used.

We get the motors and electronics from Europe and the rest of the desk motiondeskยฎ is designed and manufactured in Australia. Our Edesk frame and motors come from Europe and the tops are manufactured in Australia.
Is any maintenance required?
No, our desks are maintenance free.
Can you custom make desks to suit our existing desks or our work environment?
This is our speciality. Our frames are designed so that we can adjust them to suit any size and shape of desktop.
Can we buy the standing desk frame only to it to an existing desk?
Yes, this will save costs on getting another desktop as well as costs in freight.
How long is your standing desk warranty?
10 years on the frame and electrics for our motiondeskยฎ. 3 years on the frame and electrics for our Edesk.
Why canโt I just use a standing desk?
There are health risks associated with both sitting and standing for too long. Have the desk easily adjust so you can alternate between these positions throughout the day is the most beneficial for your health.

Do you manufacture furniture with the TV lift in it?
No, we only manufacture and supply the lift mechanism. We have furniture manufacturers listed on our website that make furniture using our TV lifts.
What are the benefits of using a double post lift over a single post lift?
The single post lift is not as stable as the double post lifts, so is only used on smaller TVโs where stability is not an issue. When larger TVโs are lifted the double post lift is used to give the stability needed when the TV is raised.
How do I set the height of the lift?
Our TV lift height is set via the software and no external limits are required. This makes installation a lot easier and neater.
Can the TV lift be used upside down from the ceiling?
No, our TV lifts are only designed to work from the ground up. However our small Motionpcโข TV lift can be used upside down from the bulkhead in a kitchen.
Does the TV lift have any anti-crush safety feature?
Yes, all our lifts come with an anti-squeeze feature built in to the software. If the lift senses an obstruction it will stop and reverse 25mm.

How much space do I need in the ceiling to fit one of the projector lifts?
It depends on the projector you are using but as a guideline you will need about 450mm of cavity space. The more space you have the easier it will be to install.
Is there any way of dropping the lift is there is a power or product failure?
No. You will need to make sure you can gain access to the lift so that you can pull it out if required.
Can the lift be connected to an automation system?
The lift does not have an interface system but our installers have connected automation systems to our lift; either via the IR remote or directly to the motor.
