I originally bought two E-desks in 2024 and both have been excellent to use. However, one of them has stopped going up and down and, despite following every advice from the Ergomotion website, it is still not working. Just rang and spoke with Guy and he potentially resolved the issue in a jiffy by promising to send out a part. He is extremely helpful and has great customer service! I recommend their product and their great service. Well done!

Really impressed with my desk and all the support received during the ordering and delivery process. The desk is really sturdy. The motion when adjusting the height is very smooth.

I contacted Ergomotion about a standing desk frame to suit my custom desktop. The options I had considered before Ergomotion provided very little detail about how they worked with custom desktops and their weight and width restrictions. Ergomotion helped me choose a frame that worked with the large dimensions of my desktop and also accommodated a rather tight delivery window. I was very happy with the service I received, and even more happy with the finished product. The frame works seamlessly with the desktop, is very quiet, and has a structural soundness I haven't found with other brands. I would highly recommend Ergomotion for an excellent customer service experience and a superior product.

After spending an excessive amount of time scouring the internet for desks that would work for my really specific needs (catering to my back issues and leg length), I purchased a customised sit-stand desk through Guy at ErgoMotion and itโs been great!
I got a 1300x900mm desk. I always found 1200mm was a tad too small and 1500 too big from general retailers but still needed to fit in my small apartment spare room. The depth of 900mm also gives me the ability to tuck under my desk nicely without hitting my knees on any bars, which has been my biggest challenge in supporting good posture at my desk.
Throughout the whole process Guy was super clear and very responsive and really went out of his way to make a solution for me that worked. Everything was measured up and a solution brainstormed by Guy, all while still retaining safety with weight bearing and the mechanisms. I also got double power boards and trays, which I'm loving!
The pricing was very reasonable considering quality, expertise and customisation provided. Guy even came out to install the whole thing, which was a whole lot less stress for me to have to sort out and I know itโs set up correctly.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a electric standing desk to chat to Guy ESPECIALLY if you have very unique needs!

So happy with my new sit/stand desk. The price was very competitive and the quality is excellent. It's very unusual these days to have the level of human to human customer service Guy offered, from the time of ordering all the way to installation. Guy delivered my desk on time, put it together, set up my computer and tidied away the cables. Such a nice person, and a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

Bought a standing desk after looking around at options. Solid wood and Linak frame so all around good quality. Assembly was simple with an electric screwdriver. Guy was very helpful and responsive.

After doing some due diligence and research into actuators I settled on this unit from ergomotion this unit is so solid and the operation is quite and flawless. Guy (the owner) delivered the desk and set it up quickly. He then gave me a lesson on how to use it and how to get the most out of it - it is a fantastic desk. Arrived on time and was absolutely lovely to deal with throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

I bought an adjustable desk from Guy a couple of years ago, got great service and good price. Recently we had a tiny issue which could not be fixed over the phone. Guy was more than happy to come out and look at it 2 days later. All fixed! I really appreciated his patience with me and accommodating us so quickly. Great old fashioned service and piece of mind. Great service and really quick shipping. It is great to know that you are getting quality parts from a Scandinavian manufacturer with your standing desk purchase rather than the cheap knock off stuff you get from other major brands. Reasonably priced for the quality too!

Guy was very accommodating with meeting him at a time that suited me. He assembled the desk prior to me collecting so I only had to carry it inside with help (it's pretty heavy). The desk is great, the storage racks underneath with the 6 x built in powerpoints was worth the extra money. I have a functioning & tidy workplace.
Guy was brilliant, I highly recommend.

I purchased an EDesk this month from Ergomotion, and it was a remarkably smooth transaction. Guy was eager to answer all my questions before my purchase. As a first-time buyer of a standing desk, I truly appreciated how he addressed my queries with thorough details and provided options within my budget.
The delivery process was also smooth, despite a slight delay in the ETA. Guy ensured I received all necessary updates from the courier/removalist.
I've been using the desk for a couple of weeks now and I'm satisfied with it. It's sturdy on all height adjustments and the motor works as expected. I also like oak finish because it's clean-looking and suits my room setup.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I'll definitely recommend Ergomotion to someone looking for their desk needs.

I've had an ergomotion desk for 10 years. It's still as good today as it was brand new. Over the years Guy has always responded promptly to any guidance I've needed (mostly help putting the desk back together after removalists take it apart).

Love the stand up desk! The desk top and frame is really sturdy and the transition between standing and sitting options is very smooth. The service and communication was also incredible. Guy was so kind and helpful. He was so lovely to build the desk and help us load it up into the truck. Could not recommend Ergomotion enough. So pleased with my purchase. Thanks so much!

Just wow! Iโve been using this desk for a few months now so I can give a honest review of my experience. Main reason for my purchase was that I wanted a quality stand up desk frame which didnโt wobble.
The solid frame fits my needs perfectly. I like that you can save up to 3 height adjustmentโs in the controller, as my little kids also use the desk as a homework station. The desk is able to drop down really low so they can get nice and comfortable.
Overall build quality and customer service received is excellent. Guy from Ergo Motion was extremely helpful and helped me source a solid Walnut top I was after to achieve my dream desk setup. I added some pics of this.
Ergo Motion is Melbourne based however I found shipping to Brisbane was really fast. Paid on Friday for the desk and it was delivered safely to my door by courier on Monday afternoon. Would highly recommend this standup desk for any office, and thanks again to Guy for the great service!

Quality product and excellent customer service. I purchased an E-desk with an optional hardwood top and it's excellent. The desktop looks fantastic and the stand / electronics are top quality - solid and quiet when operating. Guy is excellent to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've had my desk for a few weeks now and I'm really enjoying it. Guy, thank you very much for your responsive, friendly and patient service throughout the process. Everything was exactly as you described, including timing, and you really went the extra mile to help me work out exactly what I needed.
Delivery was very straightforward and I got set up in a few hours. Between the monitor arms and under-desk cable management/power boards I can't believe how much extra space I now have with absolutely no clutter.
I am very impressed with the quality and it looks really great in Battalion. The transition is so simple I barely have to think about swapping between sit and stand. I'm noticing improvements in my posture and general comfort levels throughout the day, and I think this has contributed to an improvement in symptoms from my neck injury.
I would highly recommend Ergomotion to anyone considering a height adjustable desk.
