Finding ways of working to ensure we sit less
Working in the office usually means we are seated most of the day which we know isn’t good for our health. This article “Should meetings be a walk in the park?” gives some tips on how can we find ways of working that allow us to sit less and still do the job.

This article from Cancer Council NSW “Healthy Workplace Guide” also suggests that employers offer flexible work hours to help employees fit physical activity into their day, that they support physical activity breaks like stretching or short walks and provide secure bike storage for people who want to cycle to work.
